You can help us achieve the highest quality service by completing a customer satisfaction survey. If you have recently had a repair carried out to your home, please tell us how it went.

You will need the reference number from either the text we sent you or from the card the operative left.

Comment or complain online

If you are dissatisfied with the repair or any other aspect of the service, you can register a formal complaint online.

If you would like to claim for any loss you feel we are liable for, the insurance claim process must be followed in the first instance.

We will investigate all complaints thoroughly and may need to send someone to inspect the work in which case we will arrange a time convenient for you.
