Housing online customer account

You can sign up for an online account to manage your housing, garage or leasehold account.

You will need a valid email address and your rent / charges account reference number to register. If you don't know your account reference number, you can make a request online for an account card.

Logging in / technical problems

If you are having technical issues, are locked out of your account or think something isn’t working correctly please email us on housingitsystems@stevenage.gov.uk.

Please note that this online customer account is not for Council Tax or Benefits.

Online balance and pay

No need to sign up to an account to get your account balance and make payments to your Council Tax, Housing rent, Business rates, Invoices (sundry debtors), Housing Benefit overpayments and Leaseholder charges. All you need is your account number.

Local Plan consultation portal

Sign up to our Consultation Portal and receive notifications of Local Plan consultations and comment on consultations.
