The council is asking residents for their views on a new policy designed to help identify and support people who may need extra help or assistance. The policy explains how the council will respond to residents whose circumstances may make them more vulnerable or at greater risk.

This could include people facing challenges such as poor health, disability, homelessness, financial difficulties, domestic abuse, social isolation or mental ill-health. Feedback from residents will help make sure the policy reflects the needs and experiences of local communities and ensures the right support is available when needed.
