Services affected

The services below will not be available over the weekend:

• Online forms - this includes applying and paying for services, for example, Bulky Waste collection or reporting missed bins.
• Local Community Budget applications
• Emails won't go through until all systems come back online on Monday
• Housing Online which includes reporting repairs
• Council Tax, Benefits and Business Rates online accounts
• Planning and Licensing system
• Democracy system (committee meetings and councillor information)

Payments

You can still make payments by telephone on 01438 242345 and online - account balances will not be available.
