Planned Maintenance
Planned maintenance will be taking place over the weekend and online services will not be available between 8am Saturday 4 July and 8am Monday 6 July.
Services affected
The services below will not be available over the weekend:
- Online forms - this includes applying and paying for services, for example, Bulky Waste collection or reporting missed bins.
- Local Community Budget applications
- Emails won't go through until all systems come back online on Monday
- Housing Online which includes reporting repairs
- Council Tax, Benefits and Business Rates online accounts
- Planning and Licensing system
- Democracy system (committee meetings and councillor information)
Payments
You can still make payments by telephone on 01438 242345 and online - account balances will not be available.
