Stevenage Museum
Stevenage museum has a great range of activities taking place over the Summer. There will be four weeks of activities starting 5 August.
Sessions are 10:30 to 11am and 1 to 2pm Wednesday to Friday each week.

Stevenage Cycling Hub holiday activities
Cost: Free and paid sessions
Whether your child is learning to ride or wants to improve their cycling skills, Stevenage Cycling Hub offers a range of sessions throughout the summer holidays. Activities are available for different ages and abilities, with qualified instructors providing a safe and supportive environment to build confidence on two wheels.

Shephalbury Park Tennis
Cost: Paid
Enjoy a game of tennis at the refurbished courts in Shephalbury Park. Courts can be booked on a pay-and-play basis, or you can purchase an Annual Pass for unlimited play throughout the year. Coaching and organised activities are also available for children and adults of all abilities.

Hampson Park Skatepark
Cost: Free
Hampson Park Skatepark is open throughout the year and is free to use. The professionally designed skatepark is suitable for skateboards, scooters, BMX bikes, roller skates and inline skates, making it a great place to practise tricks or enjoy time outdoors with friends.
There is free parking and a small café nearby.

Fairlands Valley Splash Park
Cost: Free
Cool off this summer at Fairlands Valley Splash Park. The splash park features a variety of interactive water jets and fountains, making it a great place for younger children to enjoy outdoor water play during warm weather.

Fairlands Aqua Parc
Cost: Paid
Looking for a challenge? Fairlands Aqua Parc features giant inflatable obstacles, climbing walls and slides on the water, offering an exciting day out for older children, teenagers and adults. Advance booking is recommended during the summer holidays.

Fishing at Fairlands Valley Park
Cost: Paid (permit required)
Enjoy a relaxing day by the water at Fairlands Valley Park. The lake is well stocked with a variety of coarse fish and is suitable for experienced anglers and beginners.
Children under 13 don't need a rod licence but must be accompanied by an adult. Children aged 13 to 16 will need to apply for a free junior licence.

Heart Trails
Cost: Free
Discover Stevenage by following one of the two Heart Trails. These self-guided walking and cycling routes take you through parks, green spaces and places of local interest, making them a great way to enjoy the outdoors and explore the town during the summer holidays.
