This free community event, sponsored by Hertfordshire County Council, Driift, Stevenage Cycling Hub, Everyone Active and Stevenage Borough Council, returns for its third year, promising a fun-filled afternoon for residents of all ages.

Come along to Peartree Park, Shephall on Saturday 18 July, from 1pm to 4pm, and enjoy a range of free activities, meet local organisations, browse a range of stalls and spend time with family, friends and neighbours in your local park.

Activities include:

  • Free skateboard lessons and demonstrations by Driift
  • Free cycling taster sessions
  • Free glitter tattoos
  • Make your own smoothies
  • Arts and crafts with Junction 7 Creatives and BEEE Creative
  • Meet local community groups and organisations
  • Family-friendly fun for all ages

If you want to learn on a skateboard, or just  have fun on your roller skates, scooter or any other wheeled equipment this is the time to do it – so don't forget to bring your wheels!

Some equipment may be provided for skateboarding and cycling lessons and taster sessions.
