Pitt Court

The scheme includes 32 properties in the main building - mainly one-bedroom flats, along with a small number of studio apartments. In addition, there are 10 bungalows located nearby in Lismore, connected to the scheme.

Facilities

Facilities at Pitt Court are available for use by all residents:

• Laundry room.
• Guest room - if you need a bit of extra support from family and friends or just a visit, the guest room can be booked through the Supported Housing Officer.
• Communal lounge and kitchen - regular coffee mornings are held as well as other social activities.
• Communal garden - a large garden with seating and table areas where residents can sit and relax.

There is wheelchair access at the main entrance and a lift on each wing gives access to the first floor.

Local area

A newsagent, post office, chemist, and fish and chip shop are all across the road. There is also a local church. Running regular services to the town centre, the bus stop is directly outside Pitt Court.
