Facilities at Grosvenor Court are available for use by all residents:

• Laundry room.
• Guest room - if you need a bit of extra support from family and friends or just a visit, the guest room can be booked through the Supported Housing Officer.
• Communal lounge and kitchen.

The two floors are accessible by lifts.

Local area

There is a post office just across the road and a doctors surgery just behind the shops in Filey Close. Running regular services to the town centre, there are bus stops along Scarborough Avenue.
