Housing Customer Account

You can sign up for an online account to manage your housing, garage or leasehold account.

You will need a valid email address and your rent / charges account reference number to register. If you don't know your account reference number, you can make a request online for an account card.

Joint tenants can have an account each but will need to use two separate email addresses.

By signing up you will be able to do all of the following through our website:

• View your current rent balance and recent transactions
• Track outstanding repairs and see work you have requested and when we will carry it out by

Please note that this online customer account is not for Council Tax or Benefits.
