Lost chip coins and refunds
If you lose your chip coin you will need to pay the lost ticket / coin fee stated.
The machine will issue a replacement chip coin, which will allow you to exit the car park, and a receipt.
Refunds
If you find your 'lost' chip coin after exiting the car park, we may be able refund the lost ticket / coin fee paid minus the normal car parking charge.
To apply for a refund you will need to write to us enclosing the 'lost' chip coin, your receipt and your bank sort code and account number:
