Book a Pest Control Treatment

The council provides a pest control treatment service through AGS One Pest Control. Treatments can be carried out for most common pests, including rats, mice, bed bugs, cockroaches, fleas, wasps, and some additional pest species.

AGS One provides a pest control service to both residents of Stevenage and owners of commercial premises.

Council tenants are entitled to a free treatment for certain types of pests (see below).

In all other cases, there is a charge for the service. See Environmental Health Fees and Charges for a list of pests that can be treated and the fee payable.
