Induction

We will support you from day one, giving you the information and skills, you need during the first months of your career with us. An induction programme will be set by your manager which will cover your day-to-day duties and an overview of our vision, priorities, and the community we serve.

Ongoing personal development

We will encourage you to take responsibility of your own personal and career development. You will have constructive, regular personal reviews together with one-to-one meetings with your manager, so we can work with you to plan your future.

Secondments are often available to current employees offering the opportunity to gain further skills and experience.
