What you will receive

Each household has two food waste containers:

  • 5L Indoor Kitchen Caddy
For collecting food waste inside your home.
  • 23L Outdoor Caddy
Transfer your indoor caddy waste into this larger bin. It will be emptied weekly by our collection crews.

Flats that currently have shared communal bins for refuse and recycling, have a shared wheeled bin for food waste. All flats have an individual kitchen caddy.

For more information on the new food waste service please visit the 'Food Waste Collection' page.

If your food waste caddy looks a little misshapen, our supplier has advised this can happen when caddies are stacked during delivery. Please store your caddy in the locked position until the new service starts – this will help the plastic return to shape and make it easier to lock.
