Parking Strategy

The strategy includes proposals on how parking problems in residential areas can be reduced. Please note that some areas of the strategy will have changed, for example verge parking. Civil Enforcement Officers now enforce verge parking in certain areas under a Traffic Regulation Order.

The council will offer advice on parking problems and, in some instances, may implement minor works or larger schemes to reduce any parking problems caused.
