This Girl Can week : 24 - 30 November 2025
It’s back and it’s time to get active with a mix of events for females of all ages to enjoy.
This Girl Can is the National Lottery funded campaign focused on helping women from all backgrounds to get active in ways that work for them.
We share unfiltered stories and images of relatable women and girls playing sport, doing exercise, or simply moving in all its sweaty, jiggly, doing-it-for-me glory.
There are lots of free activities for women and girls across Stevenage.
- Everyone Active (EA) Stevenage, and
- partners Azonto fitness,
- Stevenage FC Foundation, and
- Datchworth Rugby Club.
All have activities waiting for you to try.
We never judge and we don’t care what other people think.
Women come in all shapes and sizes with all abilities and from all backgrounds. Some of us are expert sportswomen, some of us are a bit rubbish. It doesn’t matter.
We’re just happy that you’re getting active.
