On 24 February, councillors and guests were invited to an onsite update, looking at the progress of the Helston House development as well as providing an overview of all other sites.

This session gave the Housing Development team an opportunity to bring everyone up to speed with the challenges and successes that have taken place since the handover of The Oaks Cross development back in September 2022.

Proving popular with all the guests, it was a great opportunity to explain the progress made to date. Throughout the afternoon the group had a tour around the soon-to-be-completed Helston House development, providing an opportunity to ask questions and find out more about the road to completion and occupation of the properties later this spring.
