Pride in Place Picnic for St Nicholas - 7 August 2026

Join us for a community picnic at St Nicholas Park and help shape the future of your neighbourhood.

Stevenage Borough Council has secured £20 million of government funding to invest in the St Nicholas ward over the next 10 years through the Pride in Place programme. We want to hear from local people about what matters most to them and how this funding should be used.

The picnic is one of a series of community events taking place over the summer, giving residents the chance to meet council officers, share their ideas and find out how they can get involved in the Pride in Place programme.

The event takes place from 11am to 2pm on Friday 7 August at St Nicholas Park.

Don't forget to bring your picnic, and a blanket or chair if you'd like somewhere comfortable to sit.
