Explore ways to improve processes, make better use of technology, reduce wasted time and turn more enquiries into sales.

What we'll cover:

• Is your business leaking money? Identify hidden costs, unnecessary subscriptions and missed invoicing opportunities.

• Are your processes wasting time? Spot repetitive tasks, bottlenecks and delays that could be costing you money and sales.

• Finding your best solution: Map your customer journey and explore what to automate, what to keep personal and how to manage your data.

• Fix the right things: Take part in practical exercises to calculate lost time and revenue and identify where sales opportunities are falling through.

You'll work on your own business throughout the workshop and leave with practical ideas, a completed Leak Finder worksheet and an action plan to help your business work smarter.
