Peartree Park
This 18 acre park consists mainly of sports pitches with an area of informal open space with shrub planting.
Play area
The play area located to the North of the park, has a range of equipment suitable for juniors. It also has a small skate park and multi use games area for teens and juniors.
Managing play areas
Play areas are regularly managed and inspected. Litter bins are emptied, and any litter or broken glass is cleared. Equipment is checked to ensure it remains safe for use.

Facilities for hire
Peartree Park is ideal for junior football, with two 9-a-side pitches and one junior pitch for different age groups. Football pitches and the pavilion are also available for hire.
Getting to the park
The park can be found in the Shephall area to the centre of Stevenage, between The Paddocks, Peartree Way and Six Hills Way.

By Car
The park can be accessed from The Ridings, off The Paddocks, with car parking facility at the main entrance.
On Foot
Pedestrians can access the park from points around the edge of the park through the surrounding residential areas of The Ridings, Six Hills Way, Upper Sean, Paddocks Close, Wiltshire Road and Peartree Way.
Cycle access
A shared use cycle track and footpath runs adjacent to the eastern boundary of the park.
Public Transport
Residential areas bordering the park benefit from a bus service providing excellent access to those who rely on public transport.
