Annual invoices are sent out each January.

Interim invoices are sent out with any new Allotment Agreement issued.

When you receive your invoice, there are several ways to pay. (Please quote your invoice number when making any payment).

  • Online
  • Card payment by telephone using the automated phone line  01438 242345
  • Bank transfer, using the following details and quoting your invoice number in the reference field:
    Sort code: 40-43-36
    Account number: 11549200
    Account name: Stevenage Borough Council

We cannot currently accept cash payments - do not send cash in the post.

We do not accept American Express or Diners cards.
