You are granted a non-exclusive, royalty free, revocable licence solely to view the Licensed Data for non-commercial purposes for the period during which we make it available. You are not permitted to copy, sub-license, distribute, sell or otherwise make available the Licensed Data to third parties in any form. Third party rights to enforce the terms of this licence shall be reserved to Ordnance Survey.
Online Register of Planning Applications
The Online Register of Planning Applications is available 24 hours a day and updated twice daily.
No responsibility will be taken for any errors or omissions in the planning history information obtained from "The Online Register of Planning Applications" and it must not be used as a substitute for carrying out a formal 'Land Charge Search'. Similarly the information contained within "The Online Register of Planning Applications" does not constitute in any way a formal notification of a planning decision, and as such any actions taken as a result of information displayed on the site are undertaken entirely at the viewer’s own risk.
Under normal circumstances the plans and documents associated with new planning applications will be able to be viewed within 5 working days of receipt of the application. If none are displayed at the time, you may wish to try a few days later or alternatively you will be able to view the application and associated documents at our offices at Daneshill House, Danestrete, Stevenage during normal office hours.

Our use of Cookies and other associated websites under our ownership

Refund Policy for payments made via our website
All refunds are issued at our discretion, and will be credited only to the account of the credit/debit card used to make the original payment.
If you wish to apply for a refund you will need to contact the service that the payment went to (for example, Housing, Council Tax) and provide the following details of the payment to be refunded:
- cardholder name and address
- what was being paid (if known)
- date on which the card was charged or payment made
- amount paid
- reason why the refund is required
- last 4 digits of the card
Without this information it will not be possible to consider the refund application.
Where we agree that a refund is due:
- we will refund the transaction in full
- the refund will be processed within 7 days of it being agreed by us
- your account(s) with us will be appropriately debited with the same value
