Pre-Tenancy Interviews

Once you have successfully bid on a property the Specialist Support Team will automatically be notified by the lettings team and will contact you to arrange your Pre-tenancy interview.

The pre-tenancy interview is an assessment, usually carried out in your current accommodation, to help us ensure the property you have bid on is right for you.

We can assess your housing needs and identify any support you may need. This helps us provide the right support to help you maintain your future tenancy.
