The Kenilworth Close development is a significant regeneration of the Bragbury End neighbourhood centre which will see the development of over 200 new homes, new retail and a state of the art new independent living centre.

The site previously housed two existing independent living schemes which were no longer suitable for long term use as well as poor quality retail units and community centre.

Demolition of Kenilworth Close

The new development looks to bring new residential homes and community facilities around a structured central green space. The scheme will also include air source heat pumps and further environmental enhancements are being explored as detailed design and construction continues.

Progress on site today

The development is split into two phases, with the first phase delivering all of the affordable accommodation, as well as the new retail facilities. Construction of this stage is currently underway, with work being carried out on the foundations across the site, as well as a number of service diversions.
