We are getting more reports of council tax scams.

Some claim to offer Council Tax refunds, Council Tax Support, or payment reductions and request card or bank details to send the refund to.

Some scams ask for an urgent payment through a website that is not ours.

These are not genuine. 

If you are unsure about an email or text you have been sent, contact us at revenues@hertspartnership-ala.gov.uk or call on 01438 242875.

There are also misleading websites that charge for services that you can do easily and for free directly on our website, such as updating your Council Tax details. You can access all services you need for your council tax directly on these council tax pages or contact us if you need assistance.
