Postal Vote Reapplication Process
Following changes brought in by the Elections Act 2022, postal votes now last for only 3 years.
We are currently contacting all electors across the Borough whose postal vote is due to expire, inviting them to reapply.
If you do not reapply then your postal vote arrangement will be removed from 31 January 2026.

It is quick and easy to reapply, just visit the Government online secure website. You will need to provide your National Insurance number and upload a photo of your signature.
If you are unable to reapply online, paper applications can be provided. Please contact the Electoral Services team on 01438 242213 or email electoral@stevenage.gov.uk.
