Is the electoral register information for your property correct?

We need to make sure that our electoral register records are correct. Being registered to vote gives you the right to participate in elections and could improve your credit rating.

During February we will be sending letters to all properties in the Borough of Stevenage to confirm electoral registration details.

These letters also include details of the polling station for the property where in-person electors will need to go and cast their vote, and also details on how you can apply to vote by post or proxy (someone to vote on your behalf).

What to do now?

If all of the information is correct on your letter, you do not need to do anything.

If someone is not included in the letter visit the gov.uk website to apply to register.
