Fairlands Valley Park has an excellent space available for meetings, conferences and training.

Locations and facilities

The Jewel in the Crown of Stevenage, Fairlands Vally Park is situated within the heart of Stevenage and covering 120 acres of beautiful parkland, and adjacent our 11acre main lake, it is without doubt the best location for meetings or groups within Stevenage.

With great views of the lake and an outdoor breakout area s, the function room has all the facilities you could need for a professional meeting or group event. The room has a maximum capacity of 25 people in a theatre or conference style, depending on your needs.

  • The room can accommodate up to 24 people theatre style and 16 people for an exercise/dance class or similar

Room hire charges

Please note that the cost to hire the meeting room is by the hour.

  • Weekdays: £15 per hour
  • Weekends: £20 per hour
