Small Land Sales

We try to take a flexible approach to meeting the needs of residents who want to buy land. 

Our approach to the needs of residents has to be balanced against the priority of preserving amenity land throughout Stevenage, and the needs of other residents.

We also deal with enquiries from those that want to cross over the council's land (for example to access a parking bay or garage in their garden), and from householders who require the release of restrictive covenants in order to extend their house.
