If commercial waste has been spilt during a collection and the area needs cleaning up, you can report this to us.
Your responsibility
Trade waste must be packed in suitable containers so that it cannot fall out, blow away or escape from the receptacle such that it could cause pollution or harm to anyone.
It is the responsibility of the producer of the waste to ensure it is contained properly and securely to ensure that it does not spill out of the containers/sacks provided.
