Pay your Business Rates

Payment options

There are several different ways that you can pay your Business Rates. 

You can pay:

• in 10 or 12 monthly instalments;
• once a year on 1 April; or
• you can pay half on 1 April and the other half on 1 September.
• At your bank or your online banking, remember to include your Business Rates account number, using the following details

Direct Debit

If you have a bank or building society current account, Direct Debit is the most efficient and convenient way to pay your Business Rates.

We offer two different payment dates; 1st and 16th of the month.

Online

You can pay your business rates online.

By Telephone

You can call our 24-hour automated payments line on 01438 242345 at any time. You will need your 8-digit account number. This is shown on the front of your bill and your debit/credit card details. We do not accept American Express and Diners Club.
