Please note that a personal search does not provide all the information given on a full (LLC1 and CON 29) search.

The Local Land Charges Register is available to persons wishing to carry out a personal search between 10.30am and 12.30pm, Monday to Friday. The 30 minute slots are subject to staff availability.

It is the responsibility of the person carrying out the personal search to identify the land or property and to make any note of information held on the Register.

We do not have an obligation to answer any supplementary enquiries when a person is making a personal search.
