Both Silkin Court (Poplars) and Fred Millard Court (Bedwell) are made up of groups of flats and bungalows, some of which have two bedrooms. Adding to the friendly environment, both schemes also offer a shared communal lounge.

Applying for Flexicare

To move into Flexicare, you will need to complete an application for housing and meet the following requirements:

• You must require assistance with your care and/or daily living tasks.
• You must be an older person who will benefit from Flexicare - a place may be offered to a younger person on disability grounds in exceptional cases.
• You will need to have an independent living and care assessment to ensure we can meet your care and support needs.

Please note: There is a waiting list for Flexicare and a panel meeting is held each month to discuss current applicants. Properties are then allocated by matching care and support needs and the suitability of the property.
