The Housing Revenue Account (HRA) Business Plan is our strategic plan for managing and maintaining our housing stock. It sets out our short-to-medium term plans and priorities for its housing management services and provides a long term (30 year) perspective on stock investment and financial planning.

The plan was originally adopted by our Executive in November 2014 following consultation with the Housing Management Board but is reviewed regularly to reflect changing circumstances as well as tenant and Councillor priorities. The latest version was approved by the Executive on 15 November 2023.
