Delivering for Stevenage
The council sets clear priorities, indicators, and measures at the start of each year that show progress towards achieving the ambition in our Corporate Plan – Making Stevenage Even Better.
Performance is closely monitored throughout the year to give a good understanding of where we are performing well, and where a focus on improvements is needed. This progress is reported to the Executive on a quarterly basis, and at the end of the year, also includes key highlights from the Annual Report.
