This session welcomes all abilities and is designed to get you moving to the beat!
Weekly sessions begin Friday 7 August, 10-11am at St Nicolas Park, Pilgrims Way, Stevenage, SG1 4PT
Fit Kidz Bootcamp with Chris
An outdoor bootcamp using functional fitness equipment welcoming young people aged 11-16 years old to enjoy fitness activities surrounded by nature.
Weekly sessions begin Thursday 6 August, 11am-12pm at Fairlands Valley Park, Six Hills Way, Stevenage, SG2 0BL
Chair Fit with Irene
A gentle online fitness activity session for Stevenage residents aged 65 years and over of all abilities.
Councillor Jeannette Thomas, Executive Member for Housing, Health and Older People at Stevenage Borough Council, said “It’s important we all look after our mental and physical health, and these classes are a great opportunity for residents to get a little bit fitter while getting out into our spaces and becoming part of a new fitness community.
“There is also the option to work out in the comfort of your own home with the Chair Fit with Irene sessions.
“There is something for everyone, no matter your ability or age, and each session will be delivered by a qualified instructor in a safe, socially distanced way.”
