We know some people are experiencing longer than usual waiting times to get through to us. We have experienced up to 30% increases in call volumes for some services, a great deal of which relates to addressing service / works backlogs caused by COVID and the recent storms. Further to this, we are in the process of training more Customer Service advisers to replace those who have taken up other roles within SBC, in particular since the easing of the pandemic. We will continue to do all we can to respond to your calls as soon as we can.
