Come and join Sarah Scotland at Wise About Food for an hour of cooking where she can show you how to make some tasty nutritious meals that are quick, easy and based on a budget.
Sarah will talk to you about having a cupboard of food staples and how these can be used to make quick meals as well as how to save money by saving food.
This 5 week free course is open to 11-16 year olds and their families.
Starting Thursday 1 April at 4pm.
