Which grade is suitable for me?

The walks cater for all abilities and are graded to give you an idea of what to expect.

Grades and Walk Descriptions
Grade 1 - suitable for people who have not walked much before and are looking to be more active or are returning from injury or illness These walks are up to 30 minutes on flat ground or gentle slopes with mainly firm surfaces and no steps or stiles.
Grade 2 - suitable for people who are looking to increase their activity levels These walks are between 30 to 60 minutes and may include some moderate slopes, steps, uneven surfaces and possibly stiles.
Grade 3 - suitable for people looking for more challenging walks to further increase their level of physical activity These walks are generally 45 to 90 minutes and may include steeper slopes, steps, uneven surfaces and stiles.
