We are pleased to announce that our health walks have now restarted. However, to ensure that we keep everyone safe, we have had to make some changes.

To maintain social distancing and follow the new Walking for Health guidelines there are limited spaces available.

To attend a health walk you must be registered with 'Walking for Health' and you must book in advance (see Booking information below).

Register with Walking for Health - opens new window

You need to ensure you arrive a minimum of five minutes before the walk starts and have registered with Walking for Health, if you don't want to register online you can request a form to bring along before your first walk.

To help prevent the spread of Covid-19 you will also need to complete a Track and Trace form on arrival and maintain two metre social distancing throughout.

We have had to reduce our timetable. Please see below our timetable of walks.
