Activities such as running, walking, basketball, swimming, dance and skateboarding can benefit your mental and physical health.

Dance Programmes

Come and join our Dance-Beat and Disco Duck sessions. We have two separate sessions running, one for young children (under 11 years olds) and families, and one targeting 11-16 year olds.

Over the 8 week course, we will teach you fun, upbeat dance routines, covering lots of different dance styles.

Sessions are free and delivered online.

Disco Duck

For under 11 year olds and families.

Starting Wednesday 3 March at 4pm.

Dance-Beat

For 11 - 16 year olds.

Starting Thursday 4 March at 4pm.

Active Lifestyles

Launching in the Spring, we have a weekly physical activity and lifestyles programme called Active Lifestyles. The 12 week physical activity programme will include bootcamp and circuit style sessions delivered face to face by Fit Kidz at Marriots Sports Centre.

So Active - Fit Kidz Bootcamp

Play Services

We run 3 neighbourhood Play Centres throughout the year. Stevenage children aged between 5 and 14 years of age can attend the play centres throughout the town. The service is free of charge and children can come and go as they please.
