Job Description

The purpose of the role is to ensure all commercial issues associated with running a building maintenance contractor are actively managed. This includes procurement and financial management of sub-contractors and other suppliers.

The role is expected to achieve high levels of productivity, cost effectiveness and quality, ensuring maximum performance in accordance with the standards and policies of Stevenage Borough Council.
