Customer Scrutiny Panel
What the Customer Scrutiny Panel do?
The Customer Scrutiny Panel (CSP) is a group of housing customers who review and challenge how we are performing and delivering services.
The CSP choose which service areas they want to examine and have access to, whatever information they need to carry out detailed reviews, judge how that service is performing and recommend how the service could be improved.
The CSP carry out a minimum of two scrutiny exercises per year and report their recommendations to the Housing Management Board (HMB). Improvement plans are then agreed and monitored on a regular basis. Outcomes are reported in our tenants’ annual report, Housing Matters.
