Ellis Avenue new development

Our Housing Development team is proposing a new housing scheme at 22 - 24 Ellis Avenue. The project team are looking to seek planning permission to develop the current site which consist of former maisonettes which are of a standard that do not meet modern expectations of high-quality housing.

Through this consultation, we will work closely with local residents to formulate a design and the project team will then seek planning permission in order to deliver the proposed development.

The proposed scheme will include the construction of 11 new homes which will be retained for council ownership.

This consultation closed on 18 November.
