Consultation on Responsive Repairs and Maintenance Policy
As tenants and leaseholders of Stevenage Borough Council, we would like your views on the proposed Responsive Repairs and Maintenance Policy. Your feedback will ensure, your voice is heard, the council takes your experiences into account and gives you the chance to help shape improvements to the service.
The proposed policy explains:
- how the council makes decisions on repairs for tenants' homes, leaseholders' properties, and communal areas; and
- who is responsible for a repair: the tenant, the leaseholder, or the council.
The survey also asks your views on how the council handles fencing repairs. The Responsive Repairs and Maintenance policy will include the council's Fencing Policy.
There is a maximum of 10 questions in the survey.
This consultation closes at 11:45pm on 30 September 2024
