Financial Difficulties

Most arrears cases can be dealt with if the tenant makes early contact with us.

We have a duty to recover all rent owed to us and are required to maintain overall levels of outstanding rent.

If a repossessed garage contain goods, the tenant will be asked to remove them. Should we have to clear the garage; the arrears, cost of the clearance and the cost of a lock change (if required), will be charged to the former tenant. 

Unlike houses and flats, we do not have to apply to courts for a Possession Order.
