Who can use the BTC?

The state of the art Business & Technology Centre (BTC) is perfect for small to medium sized businesses that are looking to relocate, expand or start-up.

The BTC provides incubation facilities for those businesses looking to grow. As part of this service, the BTC offers on-site business support and a dedicated Innovation Advisor.

The BTCs purpose built offices can accommodate from 1-2 people up to over 12.  All available units (on flexible and affordable monthly terms) can be viewed by arrangement.

All the major items of expenditure are included within the rental fee such as cleaning of communal areas, security patrols and a manned reception.

The BTC is one of the premier Enterprise Hubs in the region. It regularly hosts networking and training events, and has access to leading expert Business Advisors, Legal Specialists, Financiers and Office Angels.

Where is the BTC?

The BTC is in an ideal location, on Bessemer Drive off Gunnels Wood Road within minutes of both Stevenage Railway Station and junction 7 of the A1 (M).
