Season tickets
Car Park Season tickets are issued on a quarterly basis on 1st February, 1st May, 1st August and 1st November each year and are available from the address below. These can be renewed at the payment machines. There are 7 machines within the town centre car parks that will renew season tickets.
A reduced charge is made, based on the length of the period remaining in the quarter, for new car park users who wish to buy a season ticket after the commencement of a quarter. The full price is payable if the ticket is purchased during the first month, two thirds is payable if purchased during the second month and one third is payable if purchased during the third month.
Two types of season tickets are available to car park users as follows:

If you lose your season ticket, you can get a replacement from the council for £5.00
Season tickets for the disabled
Annual season tickets are available to disabled persons who are resident in Stevenage and who have a 'blue badge' issued by the Social Services Department of Hertfordshire County Council, and who do not have a concessionary bus pass issued by the Council.
Car park season tickets cost £30.00 per annum and are issued on 1st May each year - this charge is reduced in 25% steps as each quarter passes.
The season ticket enables the holder to use ANY of the Council's car parks within the town centre.
Season tickets are available from the address below. Applicants are required to attend personally, bringing with them their current 'blue badge' and the appropriate fees:
Use of season tickets
These brief guidelines are drawn up for season ticket holders' attention:
- Please DO NOT leave the season ticket near any magnets or direct sunlight.
- Use your ticket for both entry and exit of car parks.
- 'Town Centre' season tickets can be used in all long stay car parks except Railway and Leisure Centre car parks.
Refunds
If a customer wishes to surrender their car park season ticket a refund is available for the unexpired portion. Any enquiries of this nature should be made to the Revenues Division at Daneshill House.
