Hertfordshires Local Area Agreement is a 3 year agreement between local authorities in Hertfordshire and Central Government. It aims to improve local services through partnership working. Improvement areas are set out in blocks: Safer and Stronger Communities; Healthier Communities; Older People; Children and Young People; Economic Development and Enterprise.
