Out of hours environmental health complaints
The Council does not currently operate a 24 hour call out service for environmental health complaints. An environmental health officer can be contacted in an emergency - for example, where there is an imminent risk of public safety.
It is appreciated that other matters, such as a noisy neighbour or a pest control problem, may cause distress, however such matters can be dealt with on the next working day.
