English Partnerships is the government’s national regeneration agency. Its aim is to deliver high quality, sustainable growth in England.

They do this by developing its portfolio of strategic projects and acting as the government’s specialist advisor on brownfield land.  They also ensure that surplus public sector assets are used to support wider government objectives, especially those contained in the Sustainable Communities Plan.

English Partnerships helps to create communities where people can afford to live and want to live, and supports the urban renaissance by improving the quality of towns and cities.  Information on projects and programmes can be found at www.englishpartnerships.co.uk.

English Partnerships and the Housing Corporation are working with the Department for Communities and Local Government to establish the proposed new national housing and regeneration agency, Communities England.

Belfast and Guernsey.  Other major regeneration schemes include West End Quay in Paddington, Manchester, Brighton, Hayle Harbour in Cornwall and Bo Ness in Scotland.

With over 20 years' experience as developers, developer partners and development managers, Stanhope plc has been wholly or jointly responsible for the delivery of projects worth more than £10 billion in central London and the south-east.  We currently have 17 projects on site or in detailed design and a further 11 million sq ft in our development pipeline.  Following our recent shareholding restructure we now have blue chip shareholders, giving us access to new capital, contacts and business opportunities.
 
Recently completed projects include 1 Coleman Street EC2, One Hanover Street W1, HM Treasury SW1 and Government Offices Great George Street SW1. Current projects on site include Chiswick Park W4, Unilever House EC4, 51 Lime Street EC3, One Basinghall Avenue EC2 and Bow Bells House EC2.  Projects in pre-development include Bishopsgate Tower EC2, Central Saint Giles WC2, Walbrook Square EC4, Mark Lane EC3, Moorgate EC2 and major regeneration projects in Bracknell, Stevenage and Croydon town centres.
